We have installed the Proam ammonia monitor upstream of several drinking water treatment facilities to provide intake protection.The Proam continuously reports raw water quality measurement data to our telemetry and control systems. The instrument design has proved to be well suited to raw water monitoring and provides us with an accurate ammonia determination which we can rely on.
We approached Pollution & Process Monitoring to build a robust portable water quality monitor which we could quickly deploy at waste-water treatment sites earmarked for improvement, to data record key parameters such as ammonia, turbidity and pH. The instrumentation has proved invaluable, as the data allows us to quickly assess site performance and make informed design changes. We currently own three systems and are considering further purchases.
